Retail Center Vapor Mitigation
Los Angeles, California
TRG investigated soil vapor and indoor air conditions at a retail center affected by chlorinated solvents. We conducted pilot testing and designed and installed a sub-slab depressurization system to mitigate potential vapor intrusion, with provisions for ongoing monitoring and maintenance.
PFAS Assessment at a Metal Finishing Facility
Commerce, California
TRG conducted a PFAS assessment at an operating metal finishing facility under Regional Water Quality Control Board oversight. The work included soil, wastewater, supply water, and stormwater sampling and an updated assessment report to support evaluation of potential sources and next steps.
SCAP Funded Industrial Investigation and Remediation
Commerce, California
TRG is managing an industrial investigation and remediation project supported by the Site Cleanup Subaccount Program. Our work includes groundwater monitoring, soil vapor extraction pilot testing, remediation infrastructure installation, agency coordination, and grant reporting and reimbursement documentation.
