The Reynolds Group has built an small team within its organization that is solely dedicated to the operations and maintenance of active remediation systems. The team members are trained in electronics, pump systems, blowers, piping, and other mechanical system components. The Reynolds Group has thousands of hours of experience maintaing high "up times" for remediation equipment and servicing the equipment as necessary. The Reynolds Group is full capable of taking on operations and maintenance of remediation systems for any client.

TRG provided a lump sum (guaranteed maximum) contract to complete assessment and perform soil remediation via soil vapor extraction. |

| TRG worked with legal counsel to resolve the litigation between the property owners, providing remedial options analysis, cost estimates and technical expert support, which resulted in a court-approved settlement. In 1998, five underground storage tanks were removed, including one 12,000-gallon diesel UST, two 10,000-gallon USTs, and two 5,000-gallon USTs. Fifteen groundwater monitoring wells have been installed to assess the groundwater plume on and off the property. | |||
