Service: Methane/Soil Vapor Surveys
The Reynolds Group helps assess and remediate former oil field property by completing methane gas surveys for developers.
Soil gas surveys are a method of assessing contaminants in the subsurface of a site by extracting vapor samples from the soil and analyzing them in real time through state-of-the-art gas chromatography (GC). Once a valid set of "points" have been obtained for the area under study, a statistical view of the subsurface can be achieved, allowing a strategy for future work.
The soil gas surveys conducted by The Reynolds Group conform with the guidelines of regulators including the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB).
