Ms. Whitmore operates The Reynolds Group's quarterly groundwater sampling operations with a staff of two people using two fully equipped trucks specifically dedicated to groundwater sampling. In addition, Ms. Whitmore is a certified Asbestos Building Inspector and Management Planner. She is a California Asbestos Site Techniciaion who has conducted hundreds of Asbestos/Lead/Mold Surveys for school districts and private customers. Her work has included performing detailed inspections of hundreds of elementary, middle and high schools from San Diego to Central California. She also works with many of The Reynolds Group's private clients. Ms. Whitmore is an integral part of The Reynolds Group's Real Estate Due Diligence inspection/management team. Ms. Whitmore has oveseen numerous tight timeline, high profile asbestos, lead and mold contracting projects as owner representative. She is also part of TRG's Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Division, conducting sampling at remediation sites throughout California.
