Insurance & Financial Bonding
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
The Reynolds Group (TRG) is licensed as a General Engineering Contractor with License (A), General Building Contractor (B), and a Hazardous Substances Removal Certificate
(License No. 659765). All of our staff have the requisite training and certifications required to perform their work.
TRG carries $3,000,000 of general contractor liability insurance, $3,000,000 of professional errors and omissions insurance, and $1,000,000 of workers' compensation insurance.
The insurance is "A" rated and has without exception been acceptable to all previous TRG clients. Any questions about TRG's insurance should be directed directly to Ed Reynolds,
President of the company. TRG has an extremely good working relationship with its insurance broker, which allows us to provide additional insured information or more detailed
insurance information on demand. In addition, our insurance agent and insurance company are available to answer questions regarding coverage.
FINANCIAL GUARANTEE THROUGH BONDING
TRG has taken the step to obtain bonding so that, if required, we can provide our clients the additional assurance that we will complete our work. Having bonding requires that
TRG meet the stringent criteria of the bonding company with respect to our financial condition. TRG is capable of providing bid, performance, and payment bonds for all of the
different types of work we undertake. On publicly bid work, TRG is legally required to post bonds and has an excellent track record with its bonding company. The cost of bonding
for environmental work is typically between 2.5% to 3% of the value of a project. This cost is passed straight through to the client and is viewed by clients as insurance that work
